Day 117: Travel somewhere you wouldn't normally go today specifically to create something inspired by that location.

Hannah: I took my kids to the park for inspiration for this necklace. Frogs, birds, grass, leaves, popsicles...

Rachel: I decided to practice with watercolors. I used watercolor pencils and also some interesting sparkly watercolors (for the water). This is a scene that represents a place by the sea here in my town. We went there today. I forgot to take the paints with me, so I painted it from memory after the fact. My watercolor painting skills still need a lot of practice. Not only does it take me forever, but it doesn't turn out all that great.
